I am writing about one of your outstanding staff members, Mr. Ned Stevenson. I was referred to him by one of your bankruptcy counselors. I really appreciated his expertise in working with my mortgage company.

I was going through an emotional crisis with trying to figure out what steps to take in filing for bankruptcy or working with the mortgage company. Mr. Stevenson was there to help walk with me through this difficult time.

It is comforting to know that there are still people like Mr. Stevenson, who compassionately listen and work with customers with expertise and professionalism. I am very grateful and blessed that Mr. Ned Stevenson was there for me.

Many Thanks

As the Thanksgiving holiday passed, I made a list of all that I am thankful for. One of the items on the list was "debt free". Without your help, I could not have listed that. The weight of debt has been lifted from my life and I couldn't have achieved that on my own.

Everytime, over the last 5 years, that I called to talk to one of your associates to make arrangements, they treated me with such respect and dignity. I never felt bad about calling and they were always so good at making me feel at ease even though I was in trouble financially. They never made me feel like less of a person or a screw-up because of my financial situation. They spoke to me as one of their family members.

I continue to recommend Alliance Credit Services to anyone that I come in contact with that may need help. While my debt will be completely paid in 3 weeks, I feel very happy, fortunate, and grateful for your help. Thank you for making my life much easier. Thank you for the respect you've shown. I was having an extreme difficulty with a creditor and felt very frustrated. I looked in the yellow pages, and found your number. A gentleman by the name of Don Rogers answered the phone. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the information and his wonderful calming attitude. He helped me calm down, and supplied me with information to help me alleviate the problem.
