As the Thanksgiving holiday passed, I made a list of all that I am thankful for. One of the items on the list was "debt free". Without your help, I could not have listed that. The weight of debt has been lifted from my life and I couldn't have achieved that on my own.

Everytime, over the last 5 years, that I called to talk to one of your associates to make arrangements, they treated me with such respect and dignity. I never felt bad about calling and they were always so good at making me feel at ease even though I was in trouble financially. They never made me feel like less of a person or a screw-up because of my financial situation. They spoke to me as one of their family members.

I continue to recommend Alliance Credit Services to anyone that I come in contact with that may need help. Alliance has helped me to get back on my feet. Before I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel, but now I can. The pressure has let up from my creditors. Dear Mr. Ed Gilliam:

Thank you once again for your tremendous participation in the Real World Event on June 25, 2010. Your help with facilitating the Credit Counseling Workshop made a huge difference in being able to provide a quality experience for the participating youth. The evaluations were vcry positive! The "thanks" belong to you. In fact several young people who left the event came back to say "thank you," It's not often such events receive such enthusiastic appreciation. I extend this appreciation to you. Your help really made the difference.

The skills obtained during the event will motivate the youth to be more conscientious about career choices as well as expectations as they transition into the "real world". During the simulation many youth participants were pleased that they now knew enough to budget their needs first and negotiate wants. Practicing skills such as budgeting now, will eventually make a huge difference to these young people when "it really counts". Several participants were turning away from expensive entertainment options and focusing on paying their bills and having food to eat. It was quite a lot of fun, a bit noisy, but otherwise organized chaos with a grand purpose!

From the bottom of our hearts and on behalf of the Real World Event committee, "Thank you, thank you." Because of you, our young people will learn the skills necessary to be self~sufficient. We look forward to working with you in the future.

I was having an extreme difficulty with a creditor and felt very frustrated. I looked in the yellow pages, and found your number. A gentleman by the name of Don Rogers answered the phone. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the information and his wonderful calming attitude. He helped me calm down, and supplied me with information to help me alleviate the problem. I do not know if all your employees would have treated me the same, but I was VERY impressed with Mr. Rogers. I wanted to take a minute to let you know how informative and kind he was. Patrice was so helpful, she made me feel like a person and not a number. Patrice explained the program to me. She took as much time as needed for me. I am on the phones all day with customers also.
